Rigpa NYC offers guided meditation, meditation instruction, and open meditation for meditators of all levels.
Everyone is welcome to drop-in, from beginners to more experienced meditators.
These meditation sessions are designed to offer a spacious environment for group meditation practice, with an evocative teaching by Sogyal Rinpoche to help inspire and deepen the atmosphere and the practice.
Looking for a more in-depth approach to meditation?
Rigpa NYC offers several weekly courses on Meditation, called “What Meditation Really Is”. This course is a series of 4-week to 6-week modules. While it’s most beneficial to start at the beginning, several modules can be taken out of order as they are offered.
