Wisdom of Compassion Retreat
Open to all!
This retreat will be held simultaneously in centers in Germany, France, Ireland and the United States and will feature the very best of Rigpa’s teachers and presenters.
Sogyal Rinpoche‘s teachings will be video streamed live from Australia, and will be complemented by teachings from Patrick Gaffney, as well as presentations from Rigpa’s leading instructors. The program will include guided meditation and time for personal reflection and discussions in a retreat atmosphere.
This retreat will be held at the following locations in the United States,The Center For Wisdom & Compassion in Berne NY, New York City Center, San Diego City Center & our San Francisco City Center.
Due to the nature of this event it’s not possible to follow from home.
There are two options for attendance. It’s important that we all plan to attend whichever option we choose, fully each day, in order to hold the integrity of the retreat environment.

Friday 30 December 2011 – Monday 2 January
Friday 30 December 2011 – Saturday 7 January
We willl participate in this retreat via delayed streaming!
Each day will begin with optional Riwo Sangchö practice, followed by sessions for brand new students, then Teachings from Rinpoche, Sitting & Contemplation, lunch, Interactive Study and Practice Session, Teachings by Patrick, Sitting & Contemplation, dinner, optional Tendrel Nyesel Tsok
Pre-registration is required, however there will be no fixed fee for this retreat, everyone will be given an opportunity to offer as much you are inspired to give for receiving these teachings at the conclusion of the retreat.
